The products are packed with utmost care and are hence assured to be delivered safely and in a good condition at the specified shipping address. However, if you have any complaint regarding the product or notice any damage to the product, you are supposed to bring it to our notice within 48 hours of noticing the damage. You have to inform the same by mail at our mailing address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that we will not be responsible for undelivered material resulting from incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient at the specified address.
Orders that are returned due to incorrect address and need to be re-sent shall be charged additional shipping charges.
Upon receipt of request for replacement by our team the replacement shall be done within 2 to 3 working days. In case a replacement is not possible, a refund will be done to the account of the customer.
For a refund to be done, the product should have been damaged during transit or having surpassed the expiry date, or in case of the wrong product being shipped.
